1 buff but 2 different times

Hello i'm wondering is it possible to make this think: i want to make a buffer but in buffer buffs should be 2h (wc.prp.sws.bd....) but if some1 will create a prophet or blade dancer or etc (buffer) those skills should be like retail 20 mins. just in buffer should be 2h buffs. couse i want to make buffer working just till 40lwl. i hope u understand me. there is a patch somewhere on forum for such functionality with some bugs in it. you can search it, was posted/commented less than 1 month ago.
