Change skill property momentenaly

Hi there,
I want make a Gm commande like //buff id_skill duration
For the moment the //buff id_skill works, but i don't know how to change the duration of a buff

The problem with this is that the skill is always modified.
For exemple, i want to be able:
Characters can use the buff Wind walk normaly
But me (GM) can use a command //buff WW 120 that give the same buff to my target but for 120minutes

there are other skill ids that you can use, like master wind walk. you cannot use different skill durations for same skill. you have to use different skill.
