New character class creation

Yesterday I put an attempt at creating a new class. I added some new values to the SQL database and tried to load it into the server. Unfortunately when I wanted to change the class for a character, nothing happened. It didn't seem to recognize the new class.

Is it possible to create a new class completely server sided? And if the answer is "Yes", how can I do this the right way?

About 5/6 months have passed, and still nobody has come up with an answer.
So let's make it a bit easier for everyone, just answer the question with "Yes" or "No".

Is it possible to add a new class using only server-side modifications?

no you cannot add a new class. logically it is client dependent.
