Hello,

I created a new Access level (6) that will be the HD , Help Desker. They aren't GM.

I tried to add right_access_level the access to petition and the Announce. But it's not work.

Is it possible beacuse are they not Gm? and How can i resolve it?

For that rights player must be gm, i think.
