I have a problem with the Olympiad Tokens, players can not get the tokens, the server says:

I'm sorry. You do not have enough points to Obtain Olympiad Tokens. Better luck next time.

I've checked and they have the necesary points.

The server doesn't give the corresponding Tokens for win the olympiads.

Any ideas?

imo you can get tokens only 24 hours from olympiad period end.

That's right, but the players went to the olympiad manager in those 24hs and he says the same thing and didn't gave him the tokens =(,

There is some way that i can run a query to give them the tokens according to their points?

I have one hero by myself and it didn't give me the tokens either
