it was bugs on new server install. 4 am. so i have +3 GMT and get 7 am.

mah, the default times have been a problem since forever, hasn't anybody noticed it?
it should read the timezone of the server machine and set the siege times from that, but the +0 starting time is almost always weird

If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
