this happens when eclipse lose the connection with SVN server.
but is easy to fix, just wait until eclipse ends to "build workspace".
and then you should use the option to "update to head", instead of doing a "checkout" again...
then eclipse should continue downloading the rest that has not downloaded.

could it be that you have an unstable network connection?
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
