No items and skills

Hi. I'm new with L2J and i have some problems.
First, when i change my class (Ej: sorcerer) I try to add skiils of this class. I receive a message:"xx skills added" but i don't have some new skills.
When I restart account I have some other skills of this class. (!?)
Second, I pickup items and some items cant see in my inventory. When i closed and reopened inventory I had some other items. But the items exists because de weight is arround 90% (RED)

How can I solve theese problems?

probably using incompatible client and server. that means, you changed the min and max version in config and use wrong client.
