try to refresh code. or - you dont get full svn files..anyway - i dont get such of warnings.

I have tried refreshing and even re-checking, cant get rid of these errors and I dont wanna do "quick fix" it might mess something up, any suggestions?

ignore it. it is not error, it is only warning.
it is eclipse dependent if the warnings are shown, you can set it in the eclipse properties what is show as warning or not even shown (Java -> Compiler -> Errors/Warnings).

I have this warnings too on clean core but everything is working ok, so i ignore it.
