Character create errors

This is what the error looks like when you make a new character. It repeats the message when you try to login with it.

This is the story that goes with the error. Last night I had the server fully working 100% with no errors connected to local ip 127.0.0.1 I setup instant level 20 through server config. I changed Fighter & Mage spawn locations to my custom starting area. This worked perfect because all new characters spawned in the same location. I then changed the starting gear of all those new characters to full D grade. This also worked because I tested it.
So I thought today I would let some friends play to test. I changed my configs to my ip for public use. Login & Server connected fine with no errors. But the community server did not so I turned it off. I didn't check to see if the new characters level 20 and starting gear worked. I went to work on the custom NPC buffer. Changed the buff times and added new buffs to the list and sql. When my friends came on they were level 1 they fell from the sky naked. It spams that error now. I didn't change any sets just worked on my npc buffer.

try putting in fresh complie java code see if that helps if not you must of changed something you dont remember and that is messing things up

you have wrong starting items

But they were working before, I tested it.

you inserted some wrong item id, and also check if you have some item with count 0. check your database table char_creation_items.
