What's the problem with GM Skill ???

Hi all,
i do the update last days and i have a problem with Super Haste.. I take the skill (now buff oO ??!!) and all GM doesn't have speed x4 etc..
How can i find again the speed x4 ?? i try //gmspeed 4 etc but nothing..
We are really slow now, it's really strange , why have you remove this skill for GM ??

try //gmspeed 3
