Do not post bugs reports here, use viewforum.php?f=77 instead. There is no support for other server builds than the official provided by l2jserver.com

did you then try to reconfigure the instance?
start>programs>mysql>mysql server>instance config wizard
or does this happen all the time?

well then i'd suggest you post this question in mysql dev forum, since this is not l2j related
