On oly players can't change their weapon, if they get ported with a dagger they can't change it to a bow. Is that a bug? or that's the way it is supposed to be.
If they get disarmed by another player they can't equip any weapon again and most likely will loose match.

that is old in l2j oli if u get disarmed by another player u cant equip another wep...for me looks like a bug...idk maybe somebody with offi account can confirm

No such reports from my players. They always changing weapons on oly (especially BtB staffs).

believe me that was in gracia 2 and 3 I worked from some servers;))
