hi guys , I've got a little trouble with russian chars in my announcements. My server runs on ubuntu alternative 9.10. If I put server on autostart in /etc/rc.local script,a have announsements like this
, but if I start server manualy announcements displays normally. I tried to set UTF-8,UTF-8 without BOM,ANSI but result is same. Help plz
