Basic buffs (e.g Acumen) doesn't work

Basic buffs (e.g Acumen) doesn't work after upgrading from gracia final to epilogue!
I mean i get the buff, but casting speed doesn't increase.XML file is ok..
Need help pls...

I just upgraded on saturday.
and as i just saw buffs work but for acumen to work the player need to cast one more buff to get both of them work..i mean if i cast acumen then i get the buff but my stats doesn't change.if i cast after acumen e.g shield then i get and acumens and shields effect.this is really wierd.i updated using the database installer and doing an upgrade to the existing database.
I think somewhere there is my error because i had to add manually a lot of fields to make other things to work properly.
Any idea?

how did you updated the core? do you have custom mods?

The only custom mod i have that probably can affect buffs is a fix about blessing of eva and sublime self sacrifice skill.all other core mods i think they have nothing to do with this (its an oly period mod, support for crystall scroll, a title color system and pvp weapons and hero weapons mod to make them augment and enchant, nothing else).
I got a clean core from svn, i made my custom mods (check above), compiled it and that's it..
I am really confused about that...
Also dance of fury does nothing and even i had fix it's buff time to 3 hours, it says in the screen "remaining time 5 hours"
I've also changed the buff time from 20 minutes to 3 hours, but i had this working without problems in gracia final server.
Is it possible the problem to be there?

Ok new clues about my problem..
If someone is here and reading this, some of my buffs does not update my status window when i cast them, but when i close it and reopen it then they update it...
Is this really a problem??
Is it a known bug?
Do I have to worry about something else or check every single buff one by one?
Does somebody having that same problem?

that can be client problem, we use for everything statusUpdate but on retail in some places is userinfo used.
About your problem with buff it can be caused by custom stuff, test on clean server.

check stats, cast acumen and then close and open stat window again.
