Access Frintezza

I try search and don't found a solution.

I test in mine server, 3 partys with command channel and clan level 10, when i try enter frintezza, a message "only channel commander leader can enter"....

Have another way to enter frintezza and start script of him spawn?

Frintezza isn't implemented by default.
