Problem with P.Atk value

So everything is up and running smooth. Server running great, Quests, merchants, and events working fine.
The only problem I am running into is that weapons do not seem to be adding to the P.Atk of the characters. i have tried several accounts, thinking it was something corrupt with an account. I was doing a serve/play on one PC (working good save for P.Atk issue) I though that may bee that issue so I loaded up on another PC and still the same problem.

I looked back through the game server console and could find no load errors.

Any thoughts?

its problem 3904 , update to 3906+

not sure Client did auto patch update after install so perhaps.

Installing latest nightly of server and data pack

Server Version= 3914
Datapack Version= 7032

I should be able to just install over existing server and data right?

Thanks for the assist. Never would have though that was the issue. Working great now. I had to put all my settings back in the config for both login and server but other than that no issues.
