[HELP] Launcher for my server

Hi guys! Long time no see, how are you?

I'm totally going crazy for a launcher of my server: I tried to make it but I don't know how to modify of file Hosts and launch the game. So I ask you something that could help me. I just tried to change the host file with an ECHO call in Batch and then a START command, but it looks very bad, like the CMD

Can you please post here a code for a launcher with a nice graphic? If you need the IP of the connection I'll tell you, no problem!

Yes I know this but I can't because servers of Rapidshare are always overloaded (even now)...
