can be just found by searching "blue" in the config files, really not that hard..

NPC.properties -> UseDeepBlueDropRules

I found im sorry.
Now another question to dont open another topic..
If i change value of p.def and m.def from npc.prop to 150 both will be changed for epics too ? or only for normal ones?
