I had same problem.
I tried run Epilogue on latest l2j server and nothing.
Now is working.
My setup:
MinProtocolRevision = 1
MaxProtocolRevision = 999
I hope that is correct

I played game on client Gracia Final with my protocol and I have problems. I cannot ware items, shops don't work...
