Information for Mailbox

This is an addition bit of information for the developers of L2J

on retail, when a mail arrives to a person which contains a attachment but no MESSAGE text and the player recieving it accepts the items. Said message deletes itself from the the list, doesnt leave itself on the mailbox window

additionally :) there is no wait delay between sending messages on retail
