Is there any chance to show the player list and server stats on the Region tab? just like the old cb

Someone should code it.
On NA servers region board shows nothing.

used to display some sort of board where people could leave messages by regions, like if you are in giran you can make some post WTS Blue Wolf Boots or something like this, people could respond on that if they were in giran, kinda like a forum.

but even mail is not in community board anymore in official NA atm, its not being used at all ecept for clan maybe xD

in your server.properties file.

When i last updated my lineage II the new client protocol was 148

It's the only way you can enter the updated full client (27-12-09 updated) The new cliente have protocol 148.

don't change to 148, or you will get several issues with packet.

using an incompatible server and client may result in many problems in game, such as not updating inventory, not showing inventory, disappearing skills in hotkey bar and in skill window, etc.
just use correct server and client version and most of the errors you describe will be gone!
