I have a problem with that npc. There's no weapon in its hand. As you can see on the screenshot - it has 8217 weapon in its template. I tried other weapons but no effect... I tried another npc (Dusk Priestess) and it show correct weapon (I've also tried with a few weapons).
Could somebody help me?
