Baium is Not Attacking!!Help

Hi Helpers,
guys i have gracia final and when i spawn baium and attack him, i get killed although baium is not attacking he is just standing there... is there anyway/how i can make it so if i hit him he becomes aggro and start fighting me? please help me....

PS: i browsed and searched the whole forum but all the topic which has something to do with this was not properly answered or the one who asked, asked a different thing so there wasnt any helpfull answer.

DO NOT attack Baium if you are a GM. This was answered many times. Use a normal character if you want to test Baium.

i didnt attack him with GM char just normal char and Baium is not attacking but at once i hitted him i lost all my hp at once ....:S.

please help me.. maybe i have to change some settings?
