is retail like the thing that a char, for example a SPS subclass of WC (warcryer) cant learn improved buffs?
when one uses the scroll or amulet of improved buffs on a Subclass it says it cant be learned.

nope, it fixed nothing. I committed it because if it would work as i thought, it would be nice exploit.
