Accessory augmentation

finally you can see what you are begging for to be commited - a poor implementation of accessory augmentation. missing jewel augment stats support. it uses weapon augment stats instead.

ported and little bit fixed the code.. credits still go to L2Emu-RT.

not tested what it does do! use on own risk! i don't give support for the code!

some time ago i was trying to make it, dp side xmls were commited, just that core was a bit out of my knowledge xD
if anyone will have time to make it, i could post here how to calculate stats/skills and someone could make core side for it?

I augment one Baium ring, but me stats not increase, rings need to give me +8.8 Mdef but give me 0
