Why is it that every time I try to hit any RB I get sent back to Giran?

Dont test it with GM char or without quest.

If its antharas you need the "Audience with the Land Dragon" quest, started at Giran with npc Gabrielle. Everyone needs the Portal Stone and you enter by the cave's heart.

or simply put the portal stone in a shop.
