Olympiad time bugs

I will try to explain this as good as i can , im really sorry if this is not the right section and if someone moves it please tell where can i post this kind of problems/bugs.

Explaination:
When im trying to settle the times for olympiad starting and ending period it doesn't work as i want to.
Example: I set the finish time to 20 hours (24 hour format) and the olympiad does not end in 8 o' clock.

Config does not contain any parameters for ending time. Dunno where you find them.
You can set start time and length.

I did but they are kinda bugged they dont work right , tommorow i ll post my config file and you can tell me if I have done anything wrong.

Set time and length perfectly work for me, so it bugged only for you. Not a bugreport, moved to support.
