This guy has pretty good items ingame so I'm not sure if he is playing fair. The only weird thing is that he has not been autobanned yet. I will check the itemlogs and report soon.

If you ask me... I'd say packet injection. I dont know if you can, but I can't buy 20 items manually in less than 7 seconds (60 clicks..... click item, buy, confirm. and maybe quantity).

I'd say : don't set fllod protect too high, detect players that exploit such attacks, find all their accounts (IP, IP ranges, trades, ...) do some mass ban and check all other trades, if suspicious, mark the account, on second mark, msg him, on 3rd mark, ban...

Zero tolerance versus cheaters (kindof "cheaters out of here") will make them go to another server where the anti-cheating moto is lower... and keep you with a clean userbase.
