soul use to be clan empower, my guess is it dont stack but the OL version is a better version.
eye was clan guidence, better version. dont stack i'd guess also.
my guess is they were enchanced into combo buffs to add onto the combo buff they gave to OL's with 2.3

Okey ^^ nvm about Eye of Pa'agrio... my mistake but Soul of Pa'grio increase MATK by 75% and MDEF by 30% same like Magic Barrier or Glory of Pa'agrio i think they should not stack i think its an Combo buff like Improve Magic.
