Expertise Error on Server

Hey all:

Ok i have updated the core files on server side and data side.. When i start up the server and login i get the following errors:

 Expertise not found for grade 1Expertise not found for grade 2Expertise not found for grade 3Expertise not found for grade 4Expertise not found for grade 5Expertise not found for grade 6Expertise not found for grade 7 

I updated the database (Did not do a clean install).

I have checked ingame and anyone can use any Grade from level 1...

There is a problem with your skill_trees table in MySQL it is missing the Expertise skill for the different grades or your missing the XML file(s).
