Buff's duration problems

Hi..

I notice a strange behavior, i put some buff's, i set the duration to 70 minutes. I close the game and restart the server and when i login again some buff's in random order have changed the duration to 2 hours instead of 1. I make restart in game and then are shown 1 hour... Can someone tell me why...???
