Missing quest markers above quest givers

Missing quest markers above quest givers

So, I am fairly new to the whole L2 and L2j server. We installed it on our dedicated server machine succesfully and everything went great.. until I noticed I cant see any quest markers. Is this normal? Or do I have to config something to show them? Thank you

Could you add a screenshot were are the quest markers supposed to be?
