can some one help me how to solve this problem?

CommunityServerThread: Trying to connect to 127.0.0.1 on port 9013.
CommunityServerThread: Connecting to 127.0.0.1 on port 9013 failed.

is there any guide on how to set up the communty server? thanks

It has been removed in latest revisions.
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
Otherwise you will never learn anything if all you do is copy-paste!
