Buffs effect after subclass

Buffs effect after subclass

Hi
There is a problem with buffs effect after changing sub class. I have decided that the buffs won't disappear after the sub class changing and it doesn't.
But these buffs doesn't have any effect, and I must rr my characters so the effect will take place.

What could be the problem?
