how to fix ?

There is no support for other server builds than the official provided by l2jserver.com

install java 8 and use eclipse from here http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index-developer.php

but i used nightlie serverpack 6558 i install java8 already !!!

Eclipse settings, Java> Compiler > compliance level = 1.8
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
Otherwise you will never learn anything if all you do is copy-paste!

my compliant was 1.8 when i used eclipse so i have to it to 1.6 ???

Your eclipse is old doesn't supports java 8 probably.

eclipse-standard-kepler-SR2-Java8-win32-x86_64 <<< i used it !!! i think i support ^^! but it seem not working s.o help me plz !!!
