Where do you turn off the UseDeepBlueDropRules in latest beta as its not in NPC.properties ????

you must apply those patches, which bring those configs back, stock L2j doesn't support this now

Aside that, the patches do fix PRECISE_DROP_CALCULATION (it does nothing in stock L2j now)
