Time of buff and Stack subclasses without NPC

I want to configure 2 things:
1. The time of buff
2. Stackable subclass without NPC, talking with grandmaster of the class (Remaining the skills of all classes you have).

I don´t have Chararcer.properties file.

What can I do?

The suggestiones will be appreciated (Wether what I ask, or anything that helps to my L2j Server).
