I am using the newest L2j update.
It seems like the super haste skill is bugged - the skill doesn't work but, it exists but doesn't give the effect and also doesn't appear on the buff bar.
Any ideas how to fix it?

do you have by any chance normal Haste buff? because super haste does not stack with it.
