Wrong Character Stats HP/MP/CP

Greetings.

I have searched and found another issue: If your character is high level with 3rd profession and you delevel to, lets say, level 1-25 your HP/MP/CP will be 1/1/1 and will start to grow a bit each level. However, 26 lvl Warrior is much stronger than 26 level Duelist.
I can confirm that this bug only affects HP/MP/CP.

Note: I have searched for the same issue on this forum, but could not find anything similar

I cannot confirm it for core 6317 and datapack 10078. I tried to delevel 85'th level Duelist to 1'st level Duelist, but HP/CP/MP values decreased to appropriate (I think so, but not checked this. At least, them wasn't 1/1/1) values for this level. If you means some other sequense to reproduce this bag, please, explain it to me.
By the way, I faced this issue a time ago, and reported about in viewtopic.php?f=72&t=26387. But it shouldn't appear after Changeset 5976 and DP Changeset 9679
