Player Title Colors

Greetings I have got an issue. Title Color of characters is White. As far as I remember Clan title color should be close to 00DDEE

Is there any issue or I am doing something wrong?

Fixed in Changeset 6316 and DP Changeset 10075 it was wrong :p

Update: it doesnt allows me to update Default title color to 0xECF9A2 in database by writing invalid default value for title_color.
