Anyone please give me link download Unreal Engine 2 Editor.
I have searched it on Google and have no downloadable link.
I need it to learn how to modify skill in Lineage 2.

6. Note that L2J is a legal game server emulator.
In order to keep it in this way, we DO NOT support any client modding or distribution of stolen/illegal server files or any copyrighted material. Do not ask/post/PM anything related to this.
If you have problems, FIRST TRY SOLVING THEM YOURSELF, and if you get errors, TRY TO ANALYZE THEM, and ONLY if you can't help it, THEN ask here.
Otherwise you will never learn anything if all you do is copy-paste!
