Hey friends!
My vitality system is enabled by config.
But for some reason after killing a mob it falls down instead of going up, what might be the reason for that?

Vitality falls by hitting mobs. Only when a Herb of Vitality (or something similar) takes effect on the char the vitality will rise.
Take a look at the configs to change some parameters which fits you.

And try searching by google what the vitality system in L2 is. I'm sure you will find some helpful pages. (:
