moving to Ubuntu

Hi!
A friend of mine asked me to move his l2j from a Windows7 setup(do not ask why) to an Ubuntu 12.04 dedicated server.
I've set up mysql+phpmyadmin, coppied all the game setup into a folder, imported the database to the new server but I didn't find any info on what to do next.
Would you please guide me on what should I be taking into consideration = meaning what should I modify in order for the server to work on this new configuration + connect to the database.

Dear unAfraid, please take a moment to read the actual question. My issues are strictly related to the place where I need to place the new IP's and also define the new database connection.
Please advise!

in game/config/Server.properties and login/config/LoginServer.properties u can configure database connection.
IP is automatically configured so may not need to modify that.
