no-ip hostname issues

Support for the latest build of L2J Server, get help here with installations, upgrades, problems.
Do not post bugs reports here, use viewforum.php?f=77 instead.
There is no support for other server builds than the official provided by l2jserver.com

Im running L2J on a home server with ubuntu 12.04

When i have my wan ip in ipconfig.xml user can connect and use my server

when i try to use a no-ip hostname in ipconfig.xml user can not connect. is anyone else have this issue? any one know how to resolve this issue?
