Stable - Soul Crystal not working

I have problem in Soul Crystals. I take quets in npc, I attack the mob and when your hp is low enough I try to use the skill, but nothing happens. Clicking 2x on the soul crystal nothing happens, the skill to absorb not appear.

I wonder if the problem is really stable version and which files I need to check to fix this problem.

What files can be related to this my problem?

L2Attacable? L2npctemplate? The quest itself? Which files?

Only holding CTRL and clicking on soul crystal its work. There are some way to do work without CTRL key?
