You can safely delete all the lines in the hosts file that start with #, they're just comments.
If that is the whole contents of your hosts file, just replace everything with "176.61.165.9 l2authd.lineage2.com".
And like I said, you don't need to change anything in l2.ini. You might need a gameguard crack though.
