1) ChatTranslationTool#traNslate()
2) why is it not configurable and enabled by default? As far as I understand, currently if anyone updates their beta branch to this changeset, their chat will be l33t-translated.

Great... I've never liked April 1st, someone always does something stupid/annoying. Everyone knows the beta branch is being used on many people's live servers...

Unlike some people, I have a GOOD sense of humor. I do not consider jokes that are only funny for a few select people funny. Everyone who hosts a server knows that putting this on live will piss off his players because it makes most text unreadable. A joke is only funny for a couple of times at best, you're not going to put this on and restart the server 5 minutes later to revert it (because you're guaranteed to lose players if you put this on a live server for the whole day).

TL;DR - don't answer to this topic and enjoy your bliss.

if you don't see what you put on live server you must don't run server at all

Unfortunately, I don't recompile my server so often to give this prank a chance becomes 1st April's one =)))
Anyway, I think, even if someone did, players should understand and just lols without any resentments =)
