Demon Prince not working?!?

Hi, when i try to Kill the Demon Prince and click "Face Demon Prince" it says:
"Charname's quest requirement is not sufficient and cannot be enered..."
What does that come from? Do I need a special quest? I searched but i didnt find a hint.

Yes you need a quest in order to enter there.
And yes it is working

and wich quest do I need?

Matras Request and Matras Curiosity are accepted already.

You need to pick quest from Jerian (at entrance to Tower of Infinitium). After you finish it and give items which Jerian wanted then you will receive items to get into instance via teleporter in that floor.
