attack speed not updated?

Support for the latest build of L2J Server, get help here with installations, upgrades, problems.

There is no support for other server builds than the official provided by l2jserver.com

Some players report low attack spped when lvl up, but when they rr game attack spped becomes normal.. can someone help me where I can fix this bug or maybe bad config?
